Logistics notes: at SIN-SUB Lebaran, SQ check-in queue at Changi T3 starts 04:30 for 07:00 flight — 90-minute family-with-stroller-bassinet queue. SUB Juanda T2 immigration Lebaran 2025 for WNI only 12 minutes (with e-passport + autogate). Customs 7 minutes (declared via All Indonesia before landing). Total from touchdown to exiting terminal: 35 minutes. Stroller handed over at SUB Juanda jetbridge, oleh-oleh (Lebaran cookie boxes + perfume + Lego) total USD 950 — well below family-of-4 pool USD 2,000.
