What we cannot help with
- Bookings, payments, schedule changes or refunds — contact the partner site, agency or airline you booked with.
- Visa applications, Umrah or Hajj packages, or job placements — use official government channels and licensed organisers.
- Emergencies abroad — contact the Indonesian embassy or consulate via Peduli WNI.
