Privacy policy

In short

• We use no cookies and do not ask you to create an account.
• We record first-party usage statistics without IP addresses or personal identifiers.
• We do not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

What we record

When a page loads and when you use the search form, your browser sends a short event to our server. The events are:

• Page view — the page address, page type and language.
• Search start — when you first change something in the form (not just clicking a field).
• Search submit and partner visit — the route searched (airport codes), the link position and the partner tracking code. We do not store travel dates or the number of travellers.
• Page performance (Core Web Vitals) — loading and responsiveness timings, used to make the site faster.

Each event also stores the country (two letters, from Cloudflare’s network) and a coarse device type (mobile or desktop). We do not store IP addresses, cookies, session identifiers, names, email addresses or passport data.

Where and for how long

Events are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that we operate and are deleted after 400 days. We use the data only in aggregate: to understand which pages are useful, to improve the site, and to reconcile partner commission reports.

Hosting and partners

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, under its own privacy policy. When you follow a partner link (Aviasales or AirHelp), the partner site applies its own privacy and cookie policies.

Site search runs in your browser and does not send your search terms to anyone. The site also installs a service worker that keeps a copy of the home page in your browser as an offline fallback; it is not a cookie and holds no personal data.
